Wow – so I think I’m finally recovered from being sick for a week and hosting a weekend crop! For sure, I am blessed to scrap with some of the most FABULOUS women in the world. My girls let me slide on my crop duties and go to bed early. Hard to lead classes when you can barely talk!
We completed the Sarita Layouts from my workshop on the go kits and EVERYONE did a SCRAPTABULOUS job!!!! Our layout contest winner was Judy DeCorte – I love how the orange/goldrush color in her daughter’s sweatshirt just POPS with the Sarita colors. Also, the pocket with the “10 Things I Love About You” is just way tooo cute!!
Below is another take on the same layout. The outdoor photos with the horses look great with this paper pack! I am truly amazed at how versatile this kit can be…. Love the use of waxy flax for the lasso, too!
Here is a different layout from the kit – look how well all these colors go with travel/city photos! I truly would not have thought to use this kit for urban scenes, but it works GREAT! Also, everyone loves a flip flap – 3 photos in the place of one!
And that wraps up my fall Scraptabulous Weekend Crops! We are moving on to Spring 2014!
February 28 – March 2
April 11- 13
Registration is open for all Fall 2013 croppers right now and if there is space available, will open to the public next week. I will add a third crop if these two fill up before Christmas.
Make Something SCRAPTABULOUS – because CUTE matters!
Hugs,
Dana
