Ho, Ho, Ho and Welcome to the October Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! If you have come here from Sarita’s Blog, you are on the right path! If you happen to get lost along the way, the complete list of hoppers can be found here.
This month we are featuring the Home for the Holidays Stamp Set that coordinates with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge – I LOVE using my stamps with my Cricut! However, I was soooo excited when I received my brand new Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge last week, I just had to use it to create my project instead!
If you would like to create this card with your Cricut Explore, here is the CDS file:

I used the Snowhaven paper pack, silver glitter paper, and black and glacier inks.
To jazz up the house on the stamp, I did some paper piecing. First, I stamped the image in black ink to use as my base. Then, I stamped a second image using glacier ink (be sure to clean your stamp well first!) on some scrap cardstock. Lastly, I carefully trimmed around the area I wanted of glacier stamped image and adhered it on top of the black base image. Easy and fun! You can finish it off with some sparkles, a thin piece of glittler cardstock, and use a marker to color in the heart image.
Thanks so much for hopping with us!! Your next stop will be Krista’s Blog – I know she has something super cute in store for you!
Make Something SCRAPTABULOUS – because CUTE matters!
