National Papercrafting Month Special: Year >> Noted

Blog Hop Image

Hi there and Welcome to our Simply Inspired CTMH Blog Hop!  We are pleased to be showcasing our National Papercrafting Month Special, Year >> Noted!  If you have arrived here from Karen’s blog, you are on the right path.  If you happen to get lost along the way, you can find a complete list of hoppers here.

The Year Noted Kit has been designed to work perfectly with our NEW Mini Book – but you all know me, I like to give everything a different twist!  I decided to create a one page scrapbook layout that will be perfect to start off my new family album.

To dress up the gold foil stickers, I cut them out of the sticker sheet and ran them through a few different embossing folders to give them some dimension.  Easy and fun!  I left the hearts flat for some variety – the choice is yours.

I also really like the images in the exclusive stamp set – LOVE the journal stamp, date stamp, all the arrows, you know….  pretty much everything.  🙂  Versatile sets are DA BOMB!

You could easily turn this layout into two pages if you have more photos to showcase.  Just cut up the second sheet of pattern paper the same way and you are good to go!

I’ve never been a big fan of foil stickers, but I feel differently after seeing them embossed. I would have never thought to do that. Gonna give that a try when I use my Year>>Noted supplies.
