Welcome to the March 2016 Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! If you have come here from the fabulous blog of Kirsten Jade, you are on the right path! If you happen to get lost along the way, the complete list of hoppers can be found here.
I am in the process of organizing and purging every room in my house. However, I have yet to get to my disaster zone of a craft room – so I decided that this month’s card was going to be simple and I would only use things that I had at my finger tips. Way fun and easy – I love how this little card turned out!
Cardstock: White Daisy, Black, Silver Glitter Paper
Inks: Archival Black, Cotton Candy Pigment Ink, Lagoon Pigment Ink, Gypsy Pigment Ink
Embellishments: Liquid Glass, Scallop Border Punch, Chevron Border Punch
I used sponges to apply ink directly to white cardstock and then stamped the sentiment on top in archival ink. I colored in the words YOU and ME with our black ShinHan marker and applied liquid glass over the words to give them some shine. And, just because I love me some bling, I added the glitter paper for sparkle and used our punches to add shape and texture.
Thanks so much for hopping with us!! Your next stop will be with Vickie ODell – have fun!
Make Something SCRAPTABULOUS – because CUTE matters!
Hugs,
Dana

So pretty! Love how you used the liquid glass.
Love! I really like the edge the Chevron Border Punch gave to your card and the Liquid Glass on the sentiment really makes it look like enamel. Fabulous!
