I created this Artfully Sent birthday card for my daughter who is turning 12 next week.  It’s bright, colorful, and cheery – just like her!  🙂  The Confetti Wishes paper was perfect for this project and I added some silver glitter paper, pear paper fundamentals, white stars, thistle stripe ribbon, and silver sequins.
